Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluations for new and existing roles
- Maintain job architecture, including job families, job codes, and grade levels
- Support the annual compensation cycles and conduct analyses related to pay equity and internal alignment
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, finance, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and modeling
- Experience with salary surveys (Radford, IPAS, or similar)
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
