Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the design, administration, and analytics of compensation programs
  • Conduct market pricing, job evaluation, and benchmarking using market data sources
  • Maintain accurate compensation data and generate reports for analysis
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related roles
  • Knowledge of compensation concepts such as base pay, pay grades, and market pricing
  • Proficiency with HRIS/Compensation tools and advanced Excel skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, WorldatWork CCP/CBP) are a plus
