Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II to manage and enhance its compensation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute compensation cycles, ensuring data accuracy
- Facilitate the Rewards Committee and manage pay range updates
- Conduct annual pay gap analyses and recommend compensation data sources
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in compensation programs
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Ability to analyze and enhance compensation processes using technology
- Familiarity with compensation planning and benchmarking tools, such as Workday or Pave
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
