Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II to manage and enhance its compensation strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and execute compensation cycles, ensuring data accuracy
  • Facilitate the Rewards Committee and manage pay range updates
  • Conduct annual pay gap analyses and recommend compensation data sources
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation programs
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Ability to analyze and enhance compensation processes using technology
  • Familiarity with compensation planning and benchmarking tools, such as Workday or Pave
  • Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines
