Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to participate in the analysis and administration of competitive compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, implement, and administer compensation programs ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives
  • Conduct job evaluations, maintain job descriptions, and review compensation data for competitiveness and compliance
  • Collaborate with various teams to address compensation-related issues and support HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR Business Partner, or financial analysis
  • Experience in utilizing and extracting data from relational databases
  • Demonstrated project and time management skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
