Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to participate in the analysis and administration of competitive compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, implement, and administer compensation programs ensuring compliance and alignment with strategic objectives
- Conduct job evaluations, maintain job descriptions, and review compensation data for competitiveness and compliance
- Collaborate with various teams to address compensation-related issues and support HR initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, HR Business Partner, or financial analysis
- Experience in utilizing and extracting data from relational databases
- Demonstrated project and time management skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
