Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and administer compensation programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete job evaluations, market pricing, and FLSA assessments to determine compensation grades
- Review salary offers and one-time payment requests for compliance with guidelines
- Administer compensation plans and evaluate existing programs for potential improvements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in human resources, compensation, finance, or data analysis
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
- Knowledge of compensation program compliance and analysis
- Ability to perform data analysis and develop reports to support management needs
