Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to design, implement, and administer compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete job evaluations, market pricing, and FLSA assessments to determine compensation grades
  • Review salary offers and one-time payment requests for compliance with guidelines
  • Administer compensation plans and evaluate existing programs for potential improvements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in human resources, compensation, finance, or data analysis
  • Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Knowledge of compensation program compliance and analysis
  • Ability to perform data analysis and develop reports to support management needs
