Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will support compensation strategy and data integrity across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct job pricing and compensation benchmarking using market data and internal equity analysis
- Lead compensation data quality initiatives and prepare compensation reports and analytics
- Support annual compensation review processes and manage salary survey participation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
- Hands-on experience with Workday compensation functionality
- Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
