Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will support compensation strategy and data integrity across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct job pricing and compensation benchmarking using market data and internal equity analysis
  • Lead compensation data quality initiatives and prepare compensation reports and analytics
  • Support annual compensation review processes and manage salary survey participation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Hands-on experience with Workday compensation functionality
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capability
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation preferred
