Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market benchmarking and maintain salary structures to ensure competitiveness and internal equity
• Support the administration of the annual merit cycle and incentive programs
• Utilize HR systems to manage compensation data and develop reporting tools for actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct compensation experience required
• Demonstrated experience in compensation analysis and salary structure administration
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field preferred
• Hands-on experience with UKG required; experience with market pricing tools preferred
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
