Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support fair and competitive pay practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the job evaluation and job architecture process using Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE) methodology
  • Evaluate new and evolving roles while maintaining job evaluation guidelines and governance
  • Conduct market benchmarking and analyze pay equity trends to support compensation decisions


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a compensation or job evaluation role
  • Understanding of compensation structures, job architecture, and pay equity principles
  • Experience with merit and incentive review cycles and salary surveys
  • Familiarity with FLSA classification and compensation compliance requirements
