Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst Remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and analysis of compensation programs, including market analysis and job evaluations
- Review and maintain job descriptions to ensure alignment with job architecture
- Assist in the preparation and administration of annual salary programs and participate in salary surveys
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience
- Completion of a compensation-specific internship is preferred
- Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Three years of healthcare compensation experience is preferred
- Experience with compensation analytics tools and supporting health systems is a plus
