Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the administration and analysis of compensation programs, including market analysis and job evaluations
  • Review and maintain job descriptions to ensure alignment with job architecture
  • Assist in the preparation and administration of annual salary programs and participate in salary surveys
Required Qualifications
  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, data analytics, finance, or related field, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience
  • Completion of a compensation-specific internship is preferred
  • Experience with data analysis and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Three years of healthcare compensation experience is preferred
  • Experience with compensation analytics tools and supporting health systems is a plus
