Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to consult with HR and clients on compensation-related issues and implement solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform job analysis, develop job descriptions, and conduct competitive market analysis
- Research and recommend modifications to compensation programs to ensure internal and external equity
- Oversee administration of teammate compensation and provide guidance on wage and salary policies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 2 or more years of related experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR
- Preferred certifications include CCP, CEP, SPHR, and/or SHRM-SCP
- Knowledge of market pricing techniques and compensation administration
- Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations (e.g., OFCCP, FLSA, FMLA)
