Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to consult with HR and clients on compensation-related issues and implement solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform job analysis, develop job descriptions, and conduct competitive market analysis
  • Research and recommend modifications to compensation programs to ensure internal and external equity
  • Oversee administration of teammate compensation and provide guidance on wage and salary policies
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2 or more years of related experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, or HR
  • Preferred certifications include CCP, CEP, SPHR, and/or SHRM-SCP
  • Knowledge of market pricing techniques and compensation administration
  • Familiarity with relevant state and federal regulations (e.g., OFCCP, FLSA, FMLA)
