Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales and commission incentive plans, audit payouts, and collaborate with HR and Finance for effective variable compensation programs
  • Serve as the primary contact for variable compensation-related pay issues and analyze sales performance data to evaluate incentive plan effectiveness
  • Prepare reports and present findings to management to support strategic decision-making while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, accounting/finance, or a business-related field
  • 2-3 years of experience in variable compensation and administering incentive/commission plans
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics and incentive compensation structures
  • Knowledge of HR policies and compliance regulations related to compensation
