Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will provide compensation and analytic reporting support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process compensation requests by conducting market analyses and developing data-driven recommendations
- Administer bonus and incentive plans, support the annual salary planning process, and prepare accrual estimates
- Maintain data integrity across Compensation and HR platforms and support organizational design efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in compensation and analytics
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and LookUps) and experience with Workday HRIS software
- Experience with national surveys and job pricing platforms like CompAnalyst or RadFord
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of confidential data
- Demonstrated knowledge of FLSA requirements and ability to present compensation concepts effectively
