Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will provide compensation and analytic reporting support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process compensation requests by conducting market analyses and developing data-driven recommendations
  • Administer bonus and incentive plans, support the annual salary planning process, and prepare accrual estimates
  • Maintain data integrity across Compensation and HR platforms and support organizational design efforts
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and 2-4 years of relevant work experience in compensation and analytics
  • Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables and LookUps) and experience with Workday HRIS software
  • Experience with national surveys and job pricing platforms like CompAnalyst or RadFord
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to process large volumes of confidential data
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FLSA requirements and ability to present compensation concepts effectively
