Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to support the administration and enhancement of compensation and incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recommend market adjustments and evaluate external competitiveness of compensation programs
  • Assess internal pay equity and provide data-driven recommendations for compensation structures
  • Administer corporate bonus programs and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of bonus eligibility
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation or HR analytics; 2-4 years preferred
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with data and reporting tools
  • Familiarity with market pricing and compensation principles preferred
  • Experience with Workday or compensation planning tools is a plus
