Facilitate the Rewards Committee and manage the semi-annual bonus process
Conduct annual pay gap analyses and maintain current, market-competitive pay ranges

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with compensation programs
Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to analyze and enhance compensation processes using technology
Familiarity with compensation planning and benchmarking tools, such as Workday and/or Pave
