Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with management to design compensation plans that align with company goals and motivate high performance
  • Conduct analysis of pay plan effectiveness and staffing levels to manage payroll expenses
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and contribute to compensation projects and analytics
Required Qualifications
