Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst who will support compensation programs across a nationwide network of dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with management to design compensation plans that align with company goals and motivate high performance
- Conduct analysis of pay plan effectiveness and staffing levels to manage payroll expenses
- Present data-driven recommendations to leadership and contribute to compensation projects and analytics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Prior experience in compensation or HR analytics is a plus
