Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining job descriptions to accurately reflect position duties
- Assess positions for classification and salary range according to FLSA standards
- Conduct compensation studies and provide analysis for annual merit and performance review increases
Required Qualifications
- Associates or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
- 2-3 years of experience as a compensation analyst required
- Experience with HR Information Systems preferred
- SHRM and/or PHR certification is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
