Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining job descriptions to accurately reflect position duties
  • Assess positions for classification and salary range according to FLSA standards
  • Conduct compensation studies and provide analysis for annual merit and performance review increases
Required Qualifications
  • Associates or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
  • 2-3 years of experience as a compensation analyst required
  • Experience with HR Information Systems preferred
  • SHRM and/or PHR certification is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
