Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining job descriptions to accurately reflect position duties
Assess positions for classification and salary range according to FLSA standards
Conduct compensation studies and provide analysis for annual merit and performance review increases

Required Qualifications

Associates or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience as a compensation analyst required
Experience with HR Information Systems preferred
SHRM and/or PHR certification is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
