Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a highly analytical HR function
- Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling
- Expert-level Excel skills, including building complex models and handling large datasets
- Strong knowledge of compensation structures and compliance requirements
- Proficiency with HRIS platforms and compensation tools
