Job Summary

- Support market pricing for roles using MarketPay and compensation survey sources
- Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity reviews
- Prepare compensation analyses and support annual compensation processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in compensation or related analytical HR role
- Experience with market pricing and compensation survey data
- Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
- Solid analytical skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly
