  • Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity reviews
  • Prepare compensation analyses and support annual compensation processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in compensation or related analytical HR role
  • Experience with market pricing and compensation survey data
  • Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
  • Solid analytical skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly
