Key Responsibilities

Support market pricing for roles using MarketPay and compensation survey sources
Assist with job evaluations, leveling, and internal equity reviews
Prepare compensation analyses and support annual compensation processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
2+ years of experience in compensation or related analytical HR role
Experience with market pricing and compensation survey data
Strong Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and pivot tables
Solid analytical skills with the ability to summarize findings clearly
