Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analysis and support HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to support compensation decisions
- Lead the annual compensation process, including merit planning and budgeting support
- Prepare regulatory filings and develop compensation and workforce reports using HRIS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role
- Working knowledge of compensation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and other data analysis tools
- Strong analytical skills, including experience in data collection and analysis
