Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst to conduct compensation analysis and support HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and internal equity analyses to support compensation decisions
  • Lead the annual compensation process, including merit planning and budgeting support
  • Prepare regulatory filings and develop compensation and workforce reports using HRIS
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in compensation analysis or a related role
  • Working knowledge of compensation-related laws, regulations, and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, HRIS, and other data analysis tools
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in data collection and analysis
