Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain base pay structures, salary ranges, and job architecture frameworks
  • Conduct market analysis and support annual compensation cycles, including merit and incentive programs
  • Perform complex compensation analysis and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including job evaluation and compensation program administration
  • Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
  • Strong understanding of FLSA regulations and market pricing methodology
  • Experience administering annual merit cycles and compensation programs
