Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Analyst, Compensation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain base pay structures, salary ranges, and job architecture frameworks
- Conduct market analysis and support annual compensation cycles, including merit and incentive programs
- Perform complex compensation analysis and ensure compliance with wage and hour laws
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive compensation experience, including job evaluation and compensation program administration
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/compensation systems (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors)
- Strong understanding of FLSA regulations and market pricing methodology
- Experience administering annual merit cycles and compensation programs
