Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and analyze salary data and market trends
- Evaluate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine salary grades and pay ranges
- Collaborate with HR and management to ensure fair and compliant compensation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- Previous experience in compensation analysis or a related HR field
- Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
