Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst (Remote Available).

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and analyze salary data and market trends
  • Evaluate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine salary grades and pay ranges
  • Collaborate with HR and management to ensure fair and compliant compensation practices
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Previous experience in compensation analysis or a related HR field
  • Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
