Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Conduct compensation benchmarking studies and analyze salary data and market trends
Evaluate job descriptions and conduct job evaluations to determine salary grades and pay ranges
Collaborate with HR and management to ensure fair and compliant compensation practices

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Previous experience in compensation analysis or a related HR field
Knowledge of compensation principles, practices, and regulations
Advanced skills in MS Excel and data analysis tools
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus
