Job Summary

To support the Total Rewards team, a part-time temporary Compensation Analyst will provide hands-on assistance in global compensation program administration, process improvement, and tool optimization while working remotely for up to three months.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the review and refinement of global compensation programs, including salary structures and leveling frameworks
  • Conduct equity benchmarking analyses and assist with updates to global equity grant ranges
  • Design and maintain salary bands based on current market data and streamline compensation processes for data-driven decision-making
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of broad-based compensation experience with expertise in program administration and job architecture
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets for building and maintaining complex compensation models
  • Deep knowledge of survey methodology and market benchmarking, particularly in equity compensation
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
