Job Summary
To support the Total Rewards function, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage annual survey submissions, lead market pricing for various job families, and serve as a compensation resource for HR Business Partners.
Key responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end annual survey submissions and lead market pricing for job families across high-tech, AI/ML, professional services, and BPO segments
- Analyze published survey data to develop and maintain salary bands and build compensation plans in Workday Advanced Compensation
- Respond to compensation inquiries from HRBPs and contribute to the implementation of an external compensation platform to improve operations
Required qualifications:
- 3 or more years of compensation experience with direct involvement in benchmarking or compensation systems administration
- Hands-on experience in Workday Advanced Compensation, including configuration of compensation plans and job profiles
- Experience working with Aon/Radford and/or Mercer compensation surveys, including job matching and data analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work with survey data to inform salary band construction or market pricing recommendations
- Familiarity with structured job architecture frameworks and strong attention to detail in data handling
