Job Summary

Supporting Total Rewards Compensation, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage job evaluations, market analysis, and assist in the development of job descriptions while providing analytical support for compensation programs and initiatives.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in developing job descriptions and conducting job content evaluation analysis for appropriate title and pay level assignments
  • Compile and analyze market-based compensation data, supporting annual salary planning and compensation budget establishment
  • Participate in third-party compensation surveys and maintain accurate market data related documents and databases
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a field requiring analysis or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Up to three years of related work experience, with some knowledge of job evaluation and market analysis preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly strong Excel skills for data analysis
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive data and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Workday and MarketPay is preferred
