Job Summary

To support a complex, multi-state behavioral healthcare organization, the full-time Compensation Analyst will manage compensation frameworks, conduct market pricing analyses, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the development of scalable compensation frameworks and conduct market pricing and benchmarking
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide recommendations on pay structures and practices
  • Prepare compensation reports and analytics for leadership while ensuring compliance with applicable laws
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 2-5 years of experience in compensation, HR analytics, or related HR roles preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis
  • Knowledge of compensation practices and applicable employment laws
  • Experience with HRIS systems and compensation survey tools preferred
