Job Summary

Analyzing and supporting compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance while executing program administration and conducting data analysis.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using external survey data
  • Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and risks
  • Generate standard compensation reports and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, compensation, or finance
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
  • Understanding of compensation principles and best practices
  • Experience with HRIS systems and market pricing tools
