Job Summary
Analyzing and supporting compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and regulatory compliance while executing program administration and conducting data analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing and job evaluations using external survey data
- Analyze internal compensation data to identify trends, gaps, and risks
- Generate standard compensation reports and ensure compliance with wage and hour regulations
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, compensation, or finance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel
- Understanding of compensation principles and best practices
- Experience with HRIS systems and market pricing tools
