Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Compensation Analyst will analyze data sets to develop market rate intelligence, assist clients in leveraging this intelligence, and conduct ad-hoc research to support evolving market needs.

Key responsibilities
  • Analyze various data sets to develop and publish market rate intelligence
  • Provide insights to clients on leveraging market rate intelligence from the platform
  • Conduct ad-hoc research to fulfill requests for intelligence in new markets
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Human Resources, or as a Recruiter specializing in contingent talent
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis using Excel and database analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across the organization
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
