Job Summary

Joining the Incentive Compensation team, the remote Compensation Analyst will provide administrative and analytical support, managing daily compensation calculations, validating HR data, and collaborating with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the administration of compensation plans, including validating HR data and ensuring adherence to compensation methodologies and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Field, Accounting, and Finance, to facilitate the incentive payout process
  • Handle manual compensation adjustments, calculations, and the approval process for monthly, quarterly, and annual incentives
Required qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in accounting, compensation, or human resources
  • A degree or equivalent work experience is necessary
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with variable compensation calculations are required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google applications
  • Strong customer focus and a commitment to quality and process improvement
