Job Summary
Supporting the design and administration of compensation programs, the full-time Compensation Analyst will manage job descriptions, assist with the annual Merit process, and ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain job processes and compensation tools, making recommendations for process improvements
- Collaborate with HR and managers to revise job descriptions and ensure accurate classification according to FLSA
- Administer salary changes and assist with ad hoc analyses and reports related to compensation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, HR, or a related discipline
- 1 - 3 years of experience in a compensation or HR analytics role
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with modeling and data visualization tools is a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with global teams and senior leadership
