Job Summary

To support the Total Rewards team, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage day-to-day operations of global compensation and equity programs, including maintaining salary structures, conducting market analyses, and administering equity grants.

Key responsibilities
  • Maintain and refine global salary bands and job architecture, ensuring alignment with market data and internal equity
  • Administer equity grants end-to-end and serve as the primary liaison with the equity platform and internal Finance/Legal teams
  • Build and maintain compensation dashboards and reports for leadership visibility into spend, distribution, and equity
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in compensation, total rewards, or a related analytical function
  • Solid understanding of broad-based compensation principles, salary structures, and pay equity
  • Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets, including working with large datasets
  • Familiarity with compensation survey methodologies such as Radford/Aon or Mercer
  • Experience with equity administration, including grant processing and RSU mechanics, is a plus
