Job Summary
Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented full-time Compensation & HRIS Analyst, this remote position will lead core compensation initiatives, manage HR systems, and leverage analytics tools to drive data-informed decisions and process improvements.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and execute the annual compensation planning process, including merit increases and salary adjustments
- Develop and implement company-wide job architecture, ensuring alignment with compensation bands and career progression
- Serve as the primary subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now, managing compensation-related data and optimizing system functionalities
Required qualifications
- 4-7 years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HRIS, or People Analytics roles
- Strong hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now, including reporting and configuration
- Demonstrated experience supporting annual compensation cycles and job architecture
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as Power BI and advanced Excel skills
- Strong foundation in compensation principles and market pricing practices
