Job Summary

Working remotely on a contract basis, the Compensation Analyst will manage compensation analysis, market pricing, and benchmarking methodologies while supporting global and multinational compensation projects.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation structures
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations on compensation strategies
  • Support ad hoc pricing and analysis requests while managing multiple priorities within tight deadlines
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of compensation experience in-house or consulting, particularly in global environments
  • Strong expertise in market pricing and benchmarking methodologies
  • Proficiency with MarketPay (PayScale) and advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with global job architecture frameworks like Korn Ferry or Mercer is preferred
