Job Summary
To support compensation strategies, the full-time virtual Compensation Analyst will design, analyze, and administer compensation programs while ensuring competitive and equitable pay practices across the organization.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market pricing and analyze internal compensation data to maintain competitiveness and equity
- Prepare compensation reports and provide data-driven recommendations for salary adjustments and retention actions
- Administer compensation programs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of compensation administration experience
- Minimum 2 years of global compensation experience
- Experience in designing and administering variable pay programs
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Compensation Certification is a plus
