Job Summary
Seeking a detail-oriented Compensation Analyst, the remote full-time position will manage compensation analysis, support design and administration of compensation programs, and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partners on compensation-related matters, including offers and promotions
- Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
- Generate reports and maintain complex compensation models in Excel to support business decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field
- 2-5+ years of relevant compensation, HR analytics, or consulting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas and data manipulation
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Dayforce) preferred
- Demonstrated experience conducting market benchmarking and job matching
