Job Summary
Supporting the organization's total rewards strategy, the full-time Compensation Analyst will conduct compensation analyses, market research, and develop actionable insights to enhance talent attraction and retention while working in a hybrid/remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support the development and maintenance of compensation frameworks and advise on pay philosophy and total rewards strategy
- Collect and analyze external market compensation data to ensure competitive pay practices and assist in market pricing efforts
- Translate complex compensation data into concise summaries and visualizations for non-technical stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of compensation or human resources experience, focusing on hourly or broad-based pay programs
- Experience with HRIS and compensation systems such as UKG, Workday, and MarketPay/PayFactors
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw insights from complex data sets
- Solid understanding of compensation methodologies, job architecture, and salary structures
