Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Providing professional-level assistance in compensation program development and administration, the full-time Compensation Analyst will manage job analysis, classification reviews, and compensation-related consultations while working onsite in Portland, OR.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with managers and HR staff on position descriptions and recommend classifications and salary grades
• Oversee the accurate review and processing of compensation-related requests and serve as a technical resource for compensation policies
• Participate in the ongoing review and maintenance of compensation processes, tools, and systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or equivalent education/experience
• Two years of HR administration experience, preferably in compensation administration
• Knowledge of HR principles and compensation programs
• Intermediate level experience with Excel
• Ability to manage small projects from concept to implementation
