Job Summary
Supporting the design and administration of compensation programs, the full-time Compensation Analyst will draft and maintain job descriptions, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with HR and business leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, edit, and maintain job descriptions for various positions across all business units
- Conduct job evaluations and position classification reviews using established compensation frameworks
- Analyze internal equity and external market data to develop compensation recommendations for organizational changes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with an emphasis on compensation and data analytics
- Experience with compensation surveys and salary benchmarking tools such as ERI or Radford
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions for data analysis
- Experience drafting job descriptions and conducting position evaluations
