Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the development and administration of compensation programs, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will analyze compensation data, conduct market research, and advise management on compensation strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and analyze compensation data to identify trends and ensure competitive packages
• Assess jobs for FLSA classification and appropriate salary ranges
• Develop compensation strategies and provide guidance to management on compensation actions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in compensation analysis or a related field
• Relevant education may substitute for work experience on a year-for-year basis
