Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and motivated, the remote Compensation Analyst will manage the administration of commissions, oversee compensation plans, and ensure accurate variable compensation payments in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations of commissions, including expense accrual and compensation plan distribution
- Execute and maintain compensation plans, ensuring calculations and payments comply with company policies
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Sales Operations to track changes in sales employee data and assist with ad hoc reporting and analysis
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
- Understanding of sales commissions processes and related administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience calculating commissions manually
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar sales commissions tools and Salesforce.com
