Job Summary
Detail-oriented and highly motivated, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage the administration of commissions, including expense accruals, compensation plans, and variable payments, while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities
- Administer day-to-day operations of commissions and maintain accurate compensation plans
- Execute and validate variable compensation payments, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with Human Resources and Sales Operations to track changes in sales employee data
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in sales compensation administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills
- Experience with CaptivateIQ or similar sales commissions tools
- Understanding of sales commissions processes and related administrative experience
