Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the design and governance of compensation programs, the remote Global Compensation Analyst will manage job evaluations, market pricing, and collaborate with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive and equitable compensation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Apply and reinforce the company's Job Architecture and leveling framework for global role consistency
• Conduct job evaluations and market pricing using Aon Radford and other survey sources
• Partner with HR and Finance to design and govern commission and incentive compensation plans

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in compensation or total rewards
• Hands-on experience with market pricing and survey data, including Aon Radford
• Experience supporting sales incentive or commission plans
• Strong analytical and Excel skills, including modeling and pivot tables
• Working knowledge of job architecture, leveling frameworks, and salary banding
