Compensation Analyst

Job Summary

To support the accounting team, the full-time remote Advisor Compensation Analyst will administer and analyze variable compensation for financial advisors, ensuring accurate payments and processing improvements while integrating new advisor teams.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and process semi-monthly variable compensation cycles for financial advisors
• Develop enhanced reporting and assist in integration planning related to contracts and agreements
• Communicate directly with financial advisors to resolve compensation inquiries and analyze issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting, business, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of business experience, preferably in accounting, audit, or compensation processing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated AI literacy and ability to adapt to AI tools in daily work tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience communicating sensitive information
