Job Summary
Supporting compensation programs and policies, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will provide data-driven insights, conduct market pricing evaluations, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with HR and business leaders across various states.
Key responsibilities
- Provide compensation recommendations based on internal equity and external market competitiveness
- Conduct day-to-day compensation evaluations, including promotions and new hire recommendations
- Assist in maintaining salary structures and support the annual compensation process for the US, Canada, and Mexico
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is required
- Minimum of 3 years of compensation experience is required
- In-depth knowledge of compensation practices and regulatory requirements
- Expert level Excel user with strong analytical and data visualization skills
- Experience working with major survey vendors and conducting salary surveys
