Compensation Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting management in developing and administering effective compensation programs, the contract Associate Compensation Analyst will participate in compensation program design, manage pay policies, and conduct job evaluations while working fully remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafts salary and incentive structure designs and pay policies in line with the organization's reward strategy
- Administers changes to base pay and various incentive programs as directed by management
- Conducts job analysis and salary reviews to ensure appropriate compensation for employees
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 2+ years of work experience required; 3+ years preferred
