Job Summary
To support the organization's compensation initiatives, the full-time remote Compensation Analyst will manage job description development, conduct market pricing analyses, and ensure compliance with compensation programs and practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and maintain accurate job descriptions for various positions across all business units
- Conduct job evaluations and analyze internal equity and external market data to develop compensation recommendations
- Maintain the organization's job architecture and support annual compensation planning activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 3-5 years of progressively responsible Human Resources experience with a focus on compensation and data analytics
- Experience with compensation surveys and salary benchmarking tools such as ERI, Radford, or Mercer
- Strong knowledge of compensation principles and job evaluation methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis functions
