Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research, analyze, and evaluate market data and provide analysis to stakeholders
  • Advise managers and HR business partners on effective pay decisions and compliance with compensation policy and legal requirements
  • Conduct pay equity audits and analyses to address potential pay disparities or issues
Required Qualifications:
  • Proficient computer skills, including spreadsheets, Internet, and email
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations related to compensation
  • Intermediate Excel skills, such as Pivot tables and VLOOKUP
  • Ability to participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking studies
  • Familiarity with designing and communicating pay structures, grades, and compensation budgets
