Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop strong partnerships with People Team and business clients to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues
  • Design company equity and salary ranges and update as needed
  • Lead merit and bonus process with People Partners to understand and evaluate business decisions

Required Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation fundamentals
  • Strong understanding of the compensation practices in the India market
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
  • Experience working globally with partners across different time zones
  • Expert level complex Excel and data management skills and experience building complex Excel files to conduct analysis
