Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strong partnerships with People Team and business clients to manage, consult, and resolve compensation issues
Design company equity and salary ranges and update as needed
Lead merit and bonus process with People Partners to understand and evaluate business decisions

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation fundamentals
Strong understanding of the compensation practices in the India market
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience required
Experience working globally with partners across different time zones
Expert level complex Excel and data management skills and experience building complex Excel files to conduct analysis
