Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Support annual compensation cycles and ensure compliance with compensation practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in compensation
- Experience with HRIS and compensation systems (e.g., Oracle, ADP, SAP, Workday)
- Exposure to commission, incentive, or variable pay programs
- Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
