Job Summary

- Assist in conducting market research and analysis for compensation benchmarking
- Maintain job description database and assist in compensation survey submissions
- Provide day-to-day support for data integrity and process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3 years of combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, and benefit administration
- Experience handling confidential information
- Working towards a compensation or benefits designation or equivalent
- Prior experience with SuccessFactors
