  • Maintain job description database and assist in compensation survey submissions
  • Provide day-to-day support for data integrity and process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs
Required Qualifications
  • University degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field
  • 3 years of combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, and benefit administration
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Working towards a compensation or benefits designation or equivalent
  • Prior experience with SuccessFactors
