Job Summary

A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in conducting market research and analysis for compensation practices
  • Maintain job description database and assist in compensation survey submissions
  • Process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs and support implementation of new benefits
Required Qualifications
  • University degree with a major in Business, Human Resources, or related field
  • 3 years of combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, and benefit administration
  • Working towards a compensation or benefits designation or equivalent
  • Prior working experience with SuccessFactors
  • Proficiency with MS Office products, including intermediate Excel and Word skills
