Job Summary
A company is looking for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting market research and analysis for compensation practices
- Maintain job description database and assist in compensation survey submissions
- Process invoices related to compensation and benefits programs and support implementation of new benefits
Required Qualifications
- University degree with a major in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- 3 years of combined experience in compensation, pension, disability, and benefit administration
- Working towards a compensation or benefits designation or equivalent
- Prior working experience with SuccessFactors
- Proficiency with MS Office products, including intermediate Excel and Word skills
